Tongits is played with a standard 52-card deck by three players. The game's primary objective is to be the first to empty one's hand or to have the least points at the end of the round. The dealer starts the game by dealing 12 cards to themselves, while the other players receive 13 cards each. The mechanic of the game revolves around drawing and discarding cards to form sets and runs.Jili888 PH Login app

A 'set' consists of three or four cards of the same rank, while a 'run' comprises three or more consecutive cards of the same suit. The player who accumulates the least number of points based on unmatched cards wins the round, a strategy that requires not just luck but also keen foresight and planning.

One of the unique aspects of Tongits is the 'draw' pile, from which players draw a card at the start of their turn. After drawing, players can either meld or add their cards to existing sets or runs on the table. Strategic melding can prevent opponents from drawing valuable cards or force them to go 'burn' – a scenario where they have no valid moves.JILI3 Login Register
